My role gives me the freedom and flexibility to help us develop and grow in new industries and markets around the world. I am passionate about our product which we continually develop to meet customer needs. None of this would be possible without the support of our talented and committed team.

I enjoy getting to know how customers use OpenAthens and making sure they get maximum benefits from the product. This is possible due to the great team I work with and the support they provide.

From starting out as a first line analyst, to managing the service desk and now being an account manager, my role has changed over the years and that has helped to keep things exciting.

I like that within OpenAthens there is always an opportunity to share and gain knowledge. Every day I learn something new and I enjoy being able to use this to better support our customers.

Having been a user of OpenAthens myself as a student, I know first-hand how valuable the service can be. It’s fantastic to be a part of the process today.

The customer service element is what I enjoy most about my job. It’s great to call a new customer and hear that the implementation has gone well and they are already seeing results.

I thrive on the complex conundrum of our work. We give end-users access to content their library is paying for, whilst at the same time, protect that content from unauthorized access.

I love the variety of my role and working with our customers and partners to understand the community and their needs. And I feel lucky to work with such a committed and passionate team!

Our talented and close-knit team, along with a strong sense of purpose and an appetite to continuously adapt and improve, makes OpenAthens a very special place to work.

Working in the OpenAthens team gives me the opportunity to work with some amazing clients / partners and colleagues. I believe our systems help bring a positive impact for all of our end users across the globe.
